As another small business owner it’s a huge relief to be able to stop by VB Fit and pick up meals when I have a busy week. She always has an awesome variety and the quality is top notch! The birria quesadillas and drip jam burger are a must try!

This service has made a substantial difference in my routine buying me back time and improving on the quality of the food compared to what I was doing myself! As a competitor, I need to be able to trust who and how my food is prepared. Fitfuel has consistently delivered on this. They could've stopped there and I'd have been satisfied, but the customer service exceeds expectations with convenient delivery options and flexibility with last minute changes to accommodate my mistakes! Get the French toast!!! It was probably THE BEST I’ve ever had! Sierra was great and a great new small business addition to the area! The gravy on the biscuits and gravy was 🤌 Great meal prep place with places to sit for breakfast or lunch! Veteran Owned and Operated!!

I had to share my experience so far with Fitfuel and Sierra the owner. It has been nothing short of exceptional. I travel into town a lot for work, and I was looking for a way to stick with my health and fitness goals while out of town. I stumbled upon Fitfuel through a simple google search and went by during lunch hours to see if I could grab a bite. Sierra and her assistant welcomed me in and let me know what was currently in stock. While I ate one of the super yummy meals, I chatted with Sierra and picked her brain on some nutrition related questions I had. Sierra is not only friendly, but she is knowledgeable and passionate about what she AND her customers put into their bodies. Since that first time in the store, I've ordered meals ahead. First time I did an advance order, only part of the order was ready for pick up upon arrival, but Sierra then delivered the rest of my meals to my hotel later that day. Just incredible customer service, delicious and healthy food, convenient ordering, all around wonderful!!

My restaurant is a couple of doors down from fitfuel and I frequent their grab-and-go cooler. They have a wide range of breakfast, lunch/dinner options that you can just grab at your convenience. The space is beautiful and you can tell that they put love and care into the food and the decor. Please check them Out!!

Key word: FRESH! I’ve had food from many meal prep or fit food places before and it is refreshing that Fit Fuel does not freeze their food and it tastes delicious both cold or heated up! This is an awesome spot in downtown and they have lots of high protein meals to choose from! Sierra and her staff are super friendly and accommodating! It’s an added bonus that they sell 1st Phorm products/supplements here too! Highly recommend!

So glad Fit Fuel came to Norfolk. I stopped by for lunch to pick up the Smash Burger which was a hefty Bison Burger cooked perfectly as requested with soft fried egg, lettuce, tomato & cheese & a side of tasty wedge fries, crispy out with nicely flavored potatoes! The veteran owner is personable and friendly in sharing the meal options offered as eat in, grab & go, order ahead & delivery. Comfortable, limited seating with a clean, minimalist-rustic decor! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😋
